In further reference to the letter from the Department of May the 30th.last, the Nursing Committee have pleasure in recommending Kiss L.H.Bone to the Secretary of State, to fill the vacancy in the Medical Department of Hong Kong caused by Mias Kelsey's break- down in health and consequent unability to return.
It will be remembered that Miss Bone has already served at the Civil Hospital, Hong Kong, from June 1914 for one year, when she resigned to come Beme to undertake Military nursing.
I beg to enclose herewith her Government application form and papers, and to say that she will be prepared to leave England in the middle of August. I am,
